As the Yanks has such devout fans, it can be a bit tricky to buy tickets to see the New York Yankees. The first place you should visit is the Official Yankees site and see if they have anything. Chances are there is nothing left, plus Ticket Master makes it quite difficult and time consuming to see if any tickets are left. And if you want to sit in a specific area, then you might as well forget it because Ticket Masters system is just not good. However, as a starting point you can use Ticket Master and the official Yankees site to see the what face value for tickets is. And even if you find a ticket you like, don’t buy it right away!
Now is when you do some research and compare the prices for Yankees tickets across the internet. Check out Ticket Liquidator, Stub Hub, Tickets Now, Razor Gator and the rest of the ticket broker sites to find out what the prices are going for. And don’t just look at the price, but the value. If Yankee bleacher seats are $10 cheaper than grandstand Yankee tickets, then I would just buy the grandstand seats. Look at the value of the money you are spending versus the quality of the ticket and that way you can find the best deals on Yankee tickets.
